Burnout, Resilience, Self-Care - there is nothing new about the experience of emotional exhaustion, depersonalization and questions of personal achievement among those who work especially in health care. There is nothing more important than our health. There is nothing that makes any one of us more vulnerable than health challenges. And there is no more complex task than being a health care professional.


The goal of this blog - “Intentional Fortitude - Resilient Healers” - is to support any and all efforts to reduce burnout, support development of resilience and describe the wide range of activities that contribute to productive self-care. This includes educating readers, sharing resources, and stimulating conversations.
